  7. Do you monitor appointment making activity ratios on a daily basis?


  8. Is prospecting a top priority on your average selling day? Do you make time to complete prospecting activities on a daily basis?


  9. Are you consistent in your appointment making activity?


  10. Are you meeting your weekly appointments target and is the number of new meetings consistent from week to week?


  11. Do you take a maximum of 30 minutes to set an appointment?

  14. Do you know what the average selling cycle on each of the your most profitable products/service/solutions is and do you de-emphasise and emphasise prospects on this basis?

  16. Can you make your solution fit a number of different situations or environments?


  17. Do you spend the appropriate time i.e. between sixty and ninety minutes to prepare for each follow-up appointment?

If you score between 17 and 20 on the checklist. You’re an above average, high performer. Level One Performer.
